The Howes actually own this land, though Nathaniel has only built a small house on it. He's saving the real work for his nephew. That's the real inheritor of the land. But for now, two Grey Wardens make use of it when they are on leave. It is close enough to the city of Amaranthine that Nathaniel's relations come to visit sometimes. Delilah has made it clear that Anders is family now, as much as if he had married into the Howes.
Nathaniel is outside performing a maintenance waxing of the Howe family bow when Anders returns from the city. He folds the cloth he was using, sets it aside, and stands, moving to greet Anders as he approaches. He stops in his tracks, though, when he sees Anders is not alone.

It's not like Nate's about to stop or something, but Anders has trouble stopping talking at all times, and when he's being spoiled by Nate it's all the more difficult. Anders reaches down to stroke himself once with his still-slick hand - it's not like he needs it, but watching Nate go to town on his thigh and feeling his prostate stroked makes him want to touch himself as well.
His other hand tugs lightly in Nate's hair, urging him up, because that mouth can be put to even better uses now that the mark is left. More specifically, those lips can be pressed to Anders' lips. And should be.

His hand reaches back to cup the back of Anders' head so he can control the kiss, ravaging his mouth even as he takes him with such care.

He drags nails down Nate's back with some care, doing his absolute best to spur Nate on to wreck him. Not that he'll ever dislike teasing, but Anders loves pushing it, loves provoking strong reactions from Nate because he knows how much affection is behind every movement.
Nathaniel is hot against him and inside him, and Anders has never found surrender or belonging easier.
