"They'll let you out when you've sobered up."

He looks back at Tessa in time for the guard to patiently explain that they both started crying when they tried to separate them, so--
"--Colin you can't leave me here like this."

"Hey, hurry up so I can make my phone call. If Colin won't come get us I'll just call Alexios."

"Oh-- oh thank god," he sighs into the receiver, so relieved there are tears in his eyes, "thank you, thank you, we'll see you soon--"

"Nothing," he says evasively, "doesn't matter."

"Yeah, well, they won't give my weed back either, even though it's medical."
It's not, at least not in an official sense, but who's gonna check? Nobody!

"Let's get home," he says tiredly. "You two'll be wanting some sleep."
As will he.

He trails after Colin, casting one final vindictive glance at the officer who guarded them. Wanker.

Hard cut to the three of them crammed into the back of a taxi, Tessa leaning hard against Colin and passed out cold.
